Terms
Last updated October 29, 2026.
These terms are the agreement between you and Joel Kinman for Sugar Glider. They cover the site, the Chrome extension, and an AI assistant you connect. How we handle your data is the privacy page, not these terms.
Using Sugar Glider means you agree. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
Accounts
You need an account to run a search. Sugar Glider is in beta. The current account is free for a limited time, and the other plans are closed until the beta ends. You are responsible for the sign-in on your account.
You can deactivate the account in settings. That stops processes and notifications, and you can sign in again later to recover it. To delete the account and everything in it, email support@sugarglider.work from your account address. A suspended account cannot be deactivated from settings. Write to us if you want that reviewed.
Acceptable use
- Use Sugar Glider for your own job search.
- Give us only a resume and other material you have the right to use.
- Do not share your sign-in, or try to disrupt or overload the service.
- Do not use a published evaluation link to collect information about someone else.
- If you connect an AI assistant, you are responsible for what you approve it to do. You can revoke it by writing to us.
Your content
You keep your resume, the roles you add, and the other material you submit. You let us use that material to run Sugar Glider for you: finding and screening roles, writing evaluations and documents, and sending your search updates.
If you turn on a public link for a thorough evaluation, anyone with the link can open that page until you turn sharing off. The page shows the role, the grade, and the requirements your background matches. It leaves out pay, gaps, and the rest of the report.
The service
Sugar Glider reads your resume, watches the market, and brings back roles that fit. A grade is that evaluation against your resume and the roles, pay, and locations you set. It is not an employer's decision, and it is not a promise of an interview or a job. A screen or an evaluation can be wrong, and a posting can close.
The Chrome extension can add the job you are looking at and fill an application from your resume. It does not submit the application. The employer receives those details only if you submit.
We may change, limit, or stop parts of the product, including while it is in beta. We do not promise that the service will be available without interruption.
Ending these terms
You can stop using Sugar Glider at any time, and you can close the account as described above. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms, or that we need to suspend to protect the service or other people.
