What we collect
- Your account: email address, name, and sign-in details.
- What you give us to run your search: your resume, the roles, locations, and companies you target, and your settings.
- Your search: the roles in your pipeline, their job descriptions, evaluations, generated documents, and the stage you move each role to.
- Usage: which features you use and when, so we can enforce plan allowances.
How we use it
Only to run Sugar Glider for you: finding and screening roles, writing evaluations and documents, sending your search updates, and a short reminder to finish setup if you haven't yet. You can turn that reminder off from the email. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with employers or recruiters.
Evaluations you publish
You can turn on a public link for a thorough evaluation. That page shows the role, the grade, and the requirements your background matches. It leaves out pay, gaps, and the rest of the report. Anyone with the link can open it until you turn sharing off.
Who processes it
- Supabase stores your account and data.
- Vercel hosts the app and records anonymous page analytics.
- OpenRouter and the model providers it routes to receive your resume and job descriptions to write screens, evaluations, and documents.
- Resend sends our email.
Browser extension
On LinkedIn job pages, the Sugar Glider extension shows an add icon on each result and on the open job. When you click that icon, or the toolbar button, it reads that job's title, company, and description and sends them to your Sugar Glider account. On any other site it sends only a description you paste. It stores your sign-in in the browser so you stay connected. It does not read other sites, track your browsing, or send data anywhere but Sugar Glider.
Apps you connect
If you connect an AI assistant through MCP, it can read and change your pipeline as you, after you approve it. You can revoke it at any time by writing to us.
Deleting your data
Email support@sugarglider.work from your account address and we will delete your account and everything in it.
